Refund policy

Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a person you designate) receive the products, without giving any reason.

Exception: unsealed products. For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery (Article 103(e) of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act, RDL 1/2007). Only products returned unopened, in their original and intact packaging, can be accepted.

How to return a product.

  1. Email hello@fhor.me within the 14-day period with your order number, the products you wish to return and your decision to withdraw. You may use the model form below; it is not mandatory.
  2. Send the products back, unopened, within 14 days of notifying us. We will give you the return address.
  3. The cost of returning the products is paid by you.

Refunds. We will refund the price of the returned products and the standard delivery cost you originally paid within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or you have provided proof of having sent them. Refunds are made to the same payment method you used, at no extra cost to you.

Defective or wrong products. If a product arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, write to hello@fhor.me. We will replace or refund it and cover the return costs. This does not affect your statutory rights under the legal guarantee of conformity.

Subscriptions. Each subscription delivery is a separate purchase covered by these same rules. You can pause, skip or cancel future deliveries at any time from your account.
