Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship to Spain (mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and to every country in the European Union. We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland or outside the EU.

Delivery times. Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery in mainland Spain takes 24–72 hours after dispatch. Delivery times for the rest of the EU will be confirmed soon.

Shipping costs.

• Spain: €7. Free on orders of €60 or more.
• European Union: €12.

Subscription deliveries follow the same rules: each delivery is charged shipping unless it reaches the free-shipping threshold.

Processing and delivery. Orders are prepared by our logistics partner and handed to the carrier once payment is confirmed. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order ships.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. These territories are outside the EU VAT area. Prices shown include Spanish VAT; shipments there may be subject to local taxes (IGIC or IPSI) and customs handling charges, paid by the recipient on delivery.

Problems with your delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, write to hello@fhor.me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will sort it out.
